  • Most of the sanctuary is wheelchair and pram/ stroller accessible with alternate routes for guests with limited mobility. However, areas such as the kangaroo reserves and unpaved paths may not be suitable for wheelchairs.
  • Both wheelchairs and strollers are available for hire at $6 each. Contact the venue in advance to ensure you can reserve one.
  • Your guide dogs with valid ID are welcome in Lone Pine’s public areas, including the Riverside Café. Entry to the paid sanctuary requires advance booking and the visit is guided by a Lone Pine member, limited to 2 hours.
  • Please note that koala holding experiences are no longer offered as of 2024. Instead, you can book a koala encounter where you'll have the chance to gently pet a koala and learn about them from knowledgeable keepers.
  • These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.
