Get ready, Brisbane! The most divine musical of all time, Sister Act, is coming to town this February after taking Broadway and the West End by storm and racking up multiple awards. In her biggest role yet, multi-award-winner Casey Donovan shines as Deloris Van Cartier, the character Whoopi Goldberg made famous. Joining her are the fabulous Genevieve Lemon as the no-nonsense Mother Superior and Rhonda Burchmore as the sassy choir leader, Sister Mary Lazarus.

With music by Tony, Grammy, and 8-time Oscar-winner Alan Menken (Aladdin, The Little Mermaid), and a soundtrack full of Motown, soul, and disco tunes, Sister Act will lift your spirits to new heights!

Storyline

When disco diva Deloris witnesses a murder, she’s hidden away in the last place she’d expect—a convent! Under protective custody, she’s roped into helping the struggling choir. As she helps the nuns find their musical voices, she unexpectedly rediscovers her own, proving that sometimes the most unexpected places can spark true transformation.
