BEETLEJUICE The Musical is a high-energy stage adaptation of Tim Burton’s film, reimagined for stage with an irreverent book by Scott Brown and Anthony King and an original score by Eddie Perfect. Known for its fast-paced humour, fourth-wall breaks, and densely layered staging, the musical balances outrageous comedy with a grounded emotional core. This Australian staging brings the Broadway and West End hit to Brisbane with a cast led by Andy Karl and Karis Oka, supported by a large ensemble and touring-scale technical design. The Story

After the Maitlands die and find themselves trapped in their own home, they struggle to scare away the new living residents. Enter Beetlejuice, a rule-breaking demon who sees an opportunity to exploit the situation for his own escape. As Lydia becomes entangled in the supernatural mess, she must decide who she trusts, what family means, and how much chaos she’s willing to unleash.
